My issue is that we are finally through planning and I am at my last step before construction which is obtaining a curb cut permit from NHDOT.

You can see if your garage can make a legal ADU perhaps by getting permits from the county/city.

You could do a search on the local city's permitting website to see pending permits or recently completed permits which could show you pending or recently completed work on the property.

They are application fees, plan review fees, maybe/maybe not impact fees (tens of thousands of dollars paid to the local government so you can develop a raw land), permitting fees, rezoning fees if rezoning is required. 3.)

If it's not a right granted by the industrial zoning classification, maybe it's allowable under issuance if a special permit.

The question will be whether the city make you add it or not based on the SOW when you pull a building permit.

I suppose I could request all permits from the city and eyeball it from the curb.
