I myself own a property in Racine which was my primary residence for a short time until I divorced my wife and moved to Chicago...I had it built(stupid, I know but it was what the lady wanted) and ultimately couldn't sell it when I moved as it is in a new subdivision and there are a lot of nicer, bigger, slightly older homes for sale in the area for less than what I owed on my loan, plus there are more than a few foreclosures/vacancies in this neighborhood.

One thing that was awkward about researching that family last weekend, was that when I pulled the lady's credit report using MySmartMove, it *only* gave me her credit info, not the husband's, nor the family's.That's going to be even more important when I'm looking at this new family that owns their own business... if there *is* a financial anomaly in their history, it may only show up in one of their records.

My assistant just called me last night (she rarely calls me unless it's something important) she tells me that a lady said she wanted to give us a lot all we have to do is take over the back taxes which are $900.
