It is something that is built into my Mac and when I google things there is a green, yellow or red dot next to each item that comes up on a search.

I have another full time job and when driving home today, I decided to take the long way home and write down some address so i can contact them via Yellow letter.

I'll need to decipher what a good list to purchase is, in the mean time I'll be creating my yellow letters / buying my materials!

I have been doing mostly yellow letters to absentees (instate and out of state).

I've had some disasters with yellows and greens.

It does NOT sink into fabrics, carpets or other like things, and it does not leave yellow stains on the walls the way cigarettes do.

I would also offer to the landlord that I get it fixed and take it out of the rent - then call someone out of the yellow pages that will fix it the same day.

@Scott Steffek I've heard of the handwritten yellow letters but heard about 1-3% actually respond and my list isn't that big since I cut out the condos.

@Andrew DanielIt really depends on the property and on your market.We will be doing a full-gut retrofit on a Victorian duplex (will be three units when we finish) and I am planning to send the two clawfoot tubs out to be refinished in a victorian era pastel aqua, red or yellow ... the form will fit the era, the colour will add a bit of pop and tie into a more modern vanity.
