Update - any feedback?
I haven't posted on here in a while and wanted to give an update. I have been doing mostly yellow letters to absentees (instate and out of state). I have mailed a list of 1800 once. About 150 calls and many offers.
My plan now is to mail the 1800 again, start mailing to a list of additional 1200 out of state absentees, and build on my list of about 50 (I know not much) of pre-foreclosures with equity, probates, and tax liens.
Am I on the right track? Anyone have any feedback?
