I just learned that builders risk and liability insurance coverage can cease once a CO is issued for a new build.

You can definitely do it yourself and learn faster that way.

I was frustrated interviewing professionals to find out I often knew more than they did (specific to real estate) only because I am always reading and continuing to learn my trade to the best of my ability.  

At the end of the day, experience truly is the best teacher.Looking forward to learning and growing from this journey!
