I like Grant and he's funny as **** but I think it's like the saying goes different strokes for different folks.

I almost had a stroke trying to attach a 3 story 16 ft addition and blend the two structures together.

I purchased sherwin williams pro classic paint because other people on the forums said it doesn't show brush strokes. 

It also looks like the water valve has been turned 180 degrees up, that type of pump won't produce enough pressure to pump water up at the top of the stroke of the plunger.

Retire at 21Etc etc.So with someone who has a very good paying day job and some capital and credit and can stroke a check for the class  this can be a good thing I have met many in that bucket.However this is were BP comes in..
