By being involved in organizations shows there commitment to being up to date on all the changes laws and market trends. 

I grew up playing competitive sports and it took me until I started working out to realize that to see results you have to consistently show up for long periods of time.

If folks have any suggestions for good, mutually beneficial organizations (not ones that want to charge me $150 just to listen to the same old presentation), I'd love to hear them!

Once you have that, file articles of organization with the secretary of state.

RHAWA is a fantastic organization that is there for landlords and fighting for landlords rights in WA.  

As we head into the busy season, what new trends are you incorporating into your marketing strategy to stay organized?

I can assure you in in upscale and luxury, having a place to put clothing - be in nice closet organizers w drawers or a dresser, is likely a requirement to deliver on expectations in those price points.

Beyond Real Estate:I love traveling, meeting new people, spending time in nature, seeking adventures, learning new things, and always up for sports (playing and watching).Super pumped to dive into discussions, swap stories, and learn from all of you.

Organized my team (cleaners, handymen, pool maintenance, landscapers, etc)And after all of that, I have officially onboarded my first client, and just hosted my first guest!
