Need recommendstion for Property Management in Arizona

I currently have 8 units in Phoenix area and really need some recommendation for new Property Managemnt company. one I'm using isn't working out. They don't communicate well and takes them really long time to rent out a unit. If appreciate if anyone has PM that the love??

@Neil Patel Something seems off kilter given you have a vacancy issue in the Phoenix market. The Phoenix rental market is tight, we have zero vacancies of properties we manage and have been able to raise rents almost across the board the last few years.

Why do you think it's taking time to rent your units? Are they not marketing them properly?
