There are probably exceptions but this is just the small circle of investors I know.

Listen to podcasts, read/listen to books, follow some of the main STR industry operators on social media, go to conferences, network with those in the STR industry, and make connections with other STR operators in your area.

I've been consulting some of the most respected and world-renowned financial advisors over the past few days and the Infinite Banking concept is a joke in these circles and is referred to as a scheme, money-grab, and something that is used to abuse the trust of those that fall for it.I would love nothing more than to be proven wrong and learn a new strategy to help my clients.

I've created a VA POD so that I can easily scale from 1 to many with a pool of Top Gun VA's - call center, set appointments, cold call, project coordination, social media, SOP development,  etc. 

Social Industrial Conference is beginning of May and Industrial touches all the big commercial players.Don't be frustrated if you don't make the connections you want right away.

Engage in social networking with other investors, both locally and virtually, and investigate innovative funding alternatives such as VA loans, FHA loans, or other government-supported schemes.

Social media can also be super helpful, general posts to your sphere or joining local community groups.
