@Minka ShaOn a related topic, I've been trying to figure out something about the midtown market for a while now, and I was wondering if you might be able to shed a little insight.I realized the other day that I don't actually know anyone that still lives in Midtown any more.

It's the size of a shed, or average bedroom.  

Maybe I’ll have to get a slower start and shed some of these qualified opportunities to other investors.

Well if you are licensed in the state, anyone correct me if I am wrong you can do this, but you have to disclose to the person you are referring the company to that you have this type of agreement with the company and that you may or may not be compensated on the transaction.Hope this helps, may be someone else that is seasoned in the business and have dealt with this shed more light.Happy hunting!

The lower photo is an over the garage attic space that we're considering doing a shed roof on to get more head space and turning into a Master suite.

I would just replace the rotten wood, freshen it up with a coat a paint and keep it as a storage shed.

Hell, Home Depot sheds run half that just for materials.

Also, there is a knock on agents country wide for not answering their phones or following up with clients, its not just a regional thing; nevertheless, it is unacceptable and it definitely sheds a negative light on agents.
