I don't have a large place and my fees are pretty high so I generally get good guests.  

Take a bit of that money and invest in learning - go to meetups and the many events that take place related to investing in the city - some for free and some paid.

That will probably be the best place to share the story. 

I'm also considering Halethorpe because it's a good commuter location.Some people really like supporting the city in which case , northeast Baltimore would seem to the best place to buy a single family, in my opinion given the taxes situation and given that none of those areas are walkable I’d rather just be in the county and pay Lower taxes, and it’s not like northeast Baltimore is much that much cheaper than Baltimore county, hathorpe is mixed, arbutus is nice, I hate the housing stock there, would rather be in Catonsville if I was considering western Baltimore county. 

They do know and want something in place you will have to go back to them to fix, or they're doing their best to go with the client's unrealistic wishes and don't have the guts to tell them that won't work.After dealing with plenty of these, I will tell you what I see works best.

Because of that success, and the tourism of Santa Fe, I'm assuming a STR will likely out preform a LTR with modern amenities, design, etc in place.  

We then reach out to those contractors and onboard them like any other contractor - so we ensure insurance is up to date, workers comp in place, licensed etc.
