Our final project consists of completing 3 face to face interviews with current investors/property managers in the Single family, Multi-family, and commercial markets. 

I have interviewed with most of the big brokerages out there, and found what they offered to be fairly useless for the way my business operates.

Go out and interview property managers, real estate agents, attorneys, CPAs, etc.

Out of the 3 or 4 I interviewed, I liked them best.

So interview the lenders on what their tolerances are with closing times. 30 days is kind of what you want.
