In contrast, we had someone break into the washers and dryers on numerous occasions, a drug dealer, a pot smoker, a gal who had boa constrictors, and more issues in a month than my 9 SFRs had in a YEAR. 

I have the tendency to read read read so I just need have to build some human interaction. 

In Lufkin a dealer has this ad up for a New MH for $40K , delivered (but not set up)http://nacogdoches.craigslist.org/reb/5405774303.h...In my area a new Single Wide set up is running over $50K.If the Mobile's are less than 10 years old, you might not have that many problems.  8-12 years are when Water Heaters start to fail, and MH Water Heaters can cost more than regular ones.

They are human beings, probably with families.

I certainly wouldn't want a drug dealer, or a user of more dangerous drugs (i.e. meth, heroin, etc.) living in my units, but I'd be less concerned about a pot user than an alcoholic.

In 2004 I read Ed Thorpe's "Beat the Dealer" and it totally changed the way I conducted business.  

Now I had no debt on most of mine so I could do that I don't know if you have a double whammy here and have debt that could back to bite you as well.I also donated my fair share of these to Habitat for Humans.. but they don't just take anything .. they don't want stuff they can't turn aroundBest of luck

Of course the hookers would be the tenants on the upper unit and the drug dealer would be the main level tenant.
