The reason you have so many people in this thread calling out what you said is because of how obvious it is that you are spreading false information in a thinly veiled attempt to generate leads for your PM, sales, rehab, marketing, everything.

If you can pull this off, you basically outsource lead generation and sales.

Some investing topics that interest me is landlording, mortgage notes, and hard money lending as my goal is to generate cash flow.

This 1br1ba basement unit generates $1,800/month so I'm trying to keep it under the radar for as long as possible, especially since I have such a great tenant in there.I recently had vacancy in 1 of the units in my house which is a 3br1ba.
