I have started reading BRRRR (just got and have not finished yet) and am fascinated by the concept of buying low, fixing, and renting out, but believe it would take us a couple years to save up the cash needed to get started.

As the years have gone on I have become more and more fascinated with every part of the real estate transaction from analyzing properties, to underwriting, to acquisitions, to development, to management, etc.

Im in my early 20's as well and I have been fascinated with multifamily real estate because of the ability to scale.

I've been really fascinated by Real Estate investment, and with some personal savings and a pretty stable income, I'm very committed to starting my real estate investment journey as soon as this year.
