Hope you are doing well, my name is Zac I live in alpharreta GA and my wife n I are new to the Real Estate investing world. we have always been super fascinated with real estate we have done a lot of home DIY project and I have worked at lowes for quite sometime, so we have always been surrounded by it without even realizing, but never the investing side of it. We have both read rich dad poor dad and it changed our mindset completely plus the way we view life, work, long lasting wealth, , family, education, connections, the whole nine. We have saved up a decent of money and are confident into the real estate investing world, but at the same time we are at a crossroads at to which direction or path.
