You mentioned the laundry area not having a washer...is it in the lease that the landlord will provide laundry equipment?

Hello, we had around $6,000 worth of staging equipment stolen from the home a few days ago.

- New windows, drywall, gutters, insulation, roof, pavers in backyard, pool equipment, paint inside and out, kitchen cabinets, ac, water heater.

I'm confident in my ability to represent my clients' best interests; And they know I come equipped to provide them with the information and resources they need to find the best deal.  

I don't doubt that the child is annoying, but it is completely legal and there is nothing the condo association or police can do about it.if its 8 to 5  its just like when we are building a home neighbor no like it when the hammers start at 7am.. or when i used to log and the neighbors had to put up with chain saws  logging equipment and big @$$ tree's thumping the ground every 60 seconds ..

New liner and equipment required (approx. $6k).

Once you start to hear other peoples stories, you will be equipped to build a plan for yourself which really is important.

We will maintain heating equipment, plumbing fixtures and facilities, electrical systems, and appliances provided by us.

This seems to be no different than if a customer went into a restaurant kitchen and damaged their equipment, thereby preventing the restaurant from earning income.Thank you

So far it has gone as expected aside from equipment challanges.
