I'm 33 years young, graduated from Washington State University in 2013 with a doctorate in Pharmacy, lived in East Vancouver for 18 years and relocated to the Brush Prairie/Orchards area. 

We get a lot of travel nurses and doctors/residents and I thought this would be a good idea for a renting the rooms.

The tenant got a doctors note (actually from a nurse) stating that he needs 90 days longer to vacate.

Doctors used home office to treat emergency patient failed the regular test in the tax court. it will not qualify for the home office deduction if use is only occasional.Exclusive-have to be exclusive, and has no other use of the space. 

LBJ Realty Holdings, LLC and Hollywood Fountain, LLC never produced the receipts to me (the ones they said they had) when I questioned about the additional $40.Also, to add some context, I am moving back to my home country and I feel like that situation made LBJ Realty Holdings, LLC and Hollywood Fountain, LLC think that they could take advantage of the deposit by absconding with extra cash (thinking that just because I am not in the US any longer, that it won't bother me).The investing industry is really small - I don't know if they were aware that tenants can also be people of influence, lawyers, doctors, business owners and investors themselves.

If you want to become an Engineer, Accountant, Medical Doctor and the list goes on then go to college.

Bills from doctors, conversation with the billing department etc?

Unless your becoming a doctor/nurse/lawyer you may want to think twice about continuing college. 

Most retired people want to be near their doctors,  amenities, conveniences and their grand kids. 

I know this is partially the case for two doctors that I know of who do the in home option.
