Most my clients are out of state and I have a furnishing/design crew as well as co-hosting services at a discount for clients to really help maximize your returns and be as hands-off as possible.

The potential buyer would likely ask for more discount.

Usually at some kind of discounted price. 

High volume discounts are available to everyone, irrelevant of deal type, with me.  

And why would they sell the properties at a huge discount if the have little/no issues selling them at market price!?

Lose the price discount,  lose the incentive.  

And it's such a sellers market here that it's difficult to get a deep enough discount to clear much equity. 

The rate is the same or slightly higher but comes with a $9K discount per house.

The discount was .75% then.

You have sellers who know what their property is worth and have no reason to discount since they get offers over asking .
