For legal, insurance and any other related purposes, I believe your attorney would strongly suggest you either let the lease go M2M, or replace the existing lease with your new lease (in your name or your company name), but do not create and execute an extension on someone else's lease.Most leases contain language that turns a long-term lease into a M2M upon expiration.

I liked the shelving in the laundry area (most buyers would appreciate that).I personally would stain the fence (you have 2 different colors), pull all of the garbage cans/yard debris containers and take a new picture.

The basement is open with a full bath (we recently added during a sewer upgrade); the 1st level contains the kitchen, living, dining, and mud rooms; the 2nd level contains two beds and one full bath; the third level contains two full bedrooms (a large, nicely converted attic).

I like keeping my personal references personal through direct message for the same reason BP prefers keeping their event posts contained only in their Events & Happenings section, to minimize on clutter in the general forums.
