Are there any good surveys, consolidated lists that I can refer to?

I consolidated with 5 multi exchanges over 3 years into 3 multifamily communities. 

Another option is to consolidate the bathrooms by eliminating one toilet and increase the vanity size.  

I'm looking for advice on how to structure a personal loan for a friend so they can consolidate credit card payments.

The endless possibilities at this point include that a cash out refi to consolidate the HELOC and current 1st mortgage into a new fixed rate mortgage may be a lot less painful than cash out refinancing that same amount of debt today. 

Thats an above average rate to buy a home....and I suspect that is higher than the rate on your student loans.....so sounds like you would be consolidating 2 debts to borrow at a much higher interest rate which would be a bad move. 

I've accumulated 14 doors spread over 6 properties and I'm looking to consolidate finances and pull out some equity while interest rates are low.

@Zane Abner, What you're talking about in general is a consolidation exchange. 

You are also consolidating your capital risk into a single asset with larger properties.
