Hi Real Estate Experts,

Newbie here. Looking for suggestions on which locations currently provide a good cash flow. 

Are there any good surveys, consolidated lists that I can refer to? And where can I get tat data?

What are the factors/metrics I should look for while shortlisting locations? 

Any inputs are highly appreciated.
