If your requirements aren't published, applicants can claim you are churning application fees or playing favorites based on a protected class (race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, familial status, etc.) rather than based on published criteria.

It can range from knowing how to time your Spring listing specifically between March Madness opening weekend and the Masters... to spending that extra 5k on landscaping to better showcase a feature... to bringing in that unbiased female (opposite sex) to give you feedback that you reluctantly applied to the design.Finding like-minded founders is important to me as the experiences are easier to compare.
