I was always more informed than she was since my info came from calling the seller’s closing attorney, as there was an issue with the buyers mortgage company that delayed settlement a week.

If you attempt to purchase an auction property and get to the property inspection and it does not pass, can the purchaser make repairs before settlement to close te deal.

Usually you pay for inspection and location or boundary survey prior to settlement and these costs will not be reimbursed.
