My wife and I are new to the rental game, but have been following BiggerPockets for the past 2 years religiously.

Aside from virtually all of them requiring some kind of religious bent, they are all pretty clear in stating that they are *not* health insurance, mostly because they either don't cover a lot of things at all, have some clear cap on paying for procedures, or cap expenses per incident. 

My advice would be to religiously attend these meetup groups in the area.

I use QuickBooks Online religiously and love it.

That should come from the why.If you have not already done so read Anthony Robbins awaken the giant within and do the written exercises in the book . 

The college students would all have to have a direct connection to the religious organization and be supporting its works.

The catch, is you really have to look, and I mean religiously.
