We also have 2 hotels and 2 apartment buildings coming in as well as quite a bit of elder care stuff. 

I won't be investing in the riskiest/most supportable asset subclasses such as hotels, and tilt my portfolio the ones that have historically been more stable such as multifamily and single-family housing.

I see you're from Orlando I just attended a meet up in Los Angeles where a turn key provider with a resort called The Grove was presenting opportunities to purchase some vacation rental condo/ hotel rooms.

There are a few new hotel projects planned on the strip and if those pan out successfully I can see a lot more development in the future. (10 years from now).

Your idea sounds good.Why not ask them where they are finding their hotel?

I have seen builders withhold keys from buyers until it records while a moving truck sits outside a house all weekend, and the buyers sleep in a hotel.  

I have other apartment rented and a hotel room in construction.I need to learn all about this market and I don’t have a lot of money but, I would like to be active as soon as possible.
