Once I have more savings built-up, from what I have seen on YouTube I am thinking I want my first property to be either a duplex or triplex turnkey where I will use a FHA Loan.

Not using a percent of rent for those category's is the first time Ive heard that , All i know is bigger pockets forums , podcasts, real-estate rookie , some other YouTube and common books recommended from that circle.

You don't need to watch 1,000 hours of YouTube before you're successful.

You can't just google this or find a YouTube video that breaks this all down.

I have no experience and little knowledge through webinars and YouTube vids, but Im seeking guidance and one on one training ,if possible hands on training.
