Hello everyone!

I'm a recent college graduate who is trying to build up my income in order to invest in my first property. Once I have more savings built-up, from what I have seen on YouTube I am thinking I want my first property to be either a duplex or triplex turnkey where I will use a FHA Loan. I am excited to be apart of the community.
