I would talk to some lenders  getting land loans and development loans with no experience is next to impossible starting out.. 

Anyone dissing Jerry, or anyone else out there who is genuinely putting in the work and deserves every penny they EARNED - In addition to dropping gems that are unmatched in the industry are either under a rock, or don't know what they're talking about because they haven't put in 2 mins of the work to give the man a chance.

I've seen it all and done it all and I will talk your ear off.

@Tom Hall It is my understanding that if you talk with your mortgage company first and make the necessary arrangements you can recast your mortgage to get a lower payment by paying down a chunk of the mortgage at once.
