It will depend on the details of the deal, the market and market trends, your talent to match the property to it's highest and best use in the neighborhood, ability and speed to get work done, and how deep your pockets are. 

@Jaden Hafso - There are some issues with the site on certain devices . . . we're hoping to get those in check in the coming weeks as we bring on new development talent with a focus on mobile.  

As a starter I am pretty well prepared in terms of finance, and knowing talented people who can spend good amount of time helping me with renovation/flipping.I would appreciate your recommendations.Najmeh

Is there anyone out there that is looking for a person with a natural talent and a passion for interior design however no formal training?

Haven't seen so much talent join one thread in a while.  

My talents as a builder, I felt, was a good way to get a head start in the fixing up homes that needed TLC and selling the house as an improvement to the community.

I worked the past few years in the employment advertising space and I can't tell you how many companies in the burbs saw a decline in talent and either did or were considering moving offices to a downtown location.  

I realize that this can be done for free, but I am speaking on pure emails sent out using our time and talents :-) How many emails sent to sellers on FSBO or the for rent section do you send out before you get one to sign a LOI?

Use other people's time, talents and cash!
