New investors and out of state investors tend to be my bread and butter.

I have a few projects left locally and will continue to take them on as they come but my bread and butter is in the Midwest / South now (Indianapolis, Jackson, Oklahoma City etc.)

Besides the Smokey’s my bread and butter is on the east coast.

That has been my wife and I's bread and butter since we started.

My properties are bread and butter class C housing for the blue-collar Tennant.  

I know all the streets, most of the neighbors, I know what is waiting to hit the market and many times I know the history behind it.I'm at 40 units...couple 6 units to duplexes and the bread/butter is 3 bedrooms...my goal is to have ten section 8 houses before the new year.

Obviously snap traps (extended triggers baited with reeses, pnut butter, bacon, or vanilla extract) are the way to go to remove as many as possible as quickly as possible.

And then reset your traps, i use peanut butter.

One of my notes is cashing out, and I want to reinvest some of the profits into marketing to really steam roll my business.My bread and butter has always been bandit signs, but the call rate has plummeted in my area.So my question is, what would you do with $3k/month for the next 6 months?
