Hello Landlords, So I have a 4 unit, with one empty studio....as I am their cleaning it up I get a knock at the door....it's the tenant from another unit and he is pissed at me for calling the  cops on him   .....long...

@Chuck Van Court I try not to stick my nose into these threads, biased as I am ;) but I wanted to pipe in and say that yes, as @Chris A. mentioned, we look at comps from owner occupants as well as investor-owned properties.

I am almost positive that these folks are not gonna adjust their behavior and my only option is to get a little more hard nosed with them or else continue letting them run over me.   

But then I gave it more thought, and what’s even more ironic is that...most architects are so preoccupied with their craft that they fail to see the what their clients are doing right under their noses...Developing buildings to make money!

I would hate to go far away when I had potential deals right under my nose the whole time.

How will I get ready if i just stand by and watch others snatch deals out from under my nose.
