that ship sailed... but even when the industry was selling at less than appraised value.. there are two very different value numbers in the mid west, rust belt, deep south. 

I'm sure I may adjust my course once I set sail on this journey.

As long as your cash-flowing it's probably not a big deal, but it does suck some of the wind out of the sails of the leverage argument.

I take deep issue with the two stories that are usually used to discuss the philosophy you're talking about: Alexander the Great burned his boats after sailing up the Hellespont into Persia and Hernán Cortéz burned his ships after landing in Mexico.

@Julie Doran The ship sailed on past late fees, and you should have definitely not been as forgiving as you were.

She may just have a lack of understanding that if you smooth over will just let things sail.

Now I just have to navigate the minor rehab and filling it with a tenant - should be smooth sailing from here :)

Imagine if the infrastructure was in place to move a 20' container home across a continent by rail, then loaded on a container ship and sailed to a new location.
