Turnkey Providers with Equity

I'm looking for a turnkey provider that does NOT sell at market value. Most TK providers I see sell at market value. My goal is to use the BRRR method and get my cash back to do another BRRR right after. PLEASE HELP or RECOMMEND

Then turnkey is not the way to go. If you go through the expense and trouble of finding properties to rehab And place tenants, would You sell for 75% of market value?
