The drying time of such a unit is longer than a conventional electric or gas clothes dryer and many tenants will find it unacceptable.Another option is a front-load "apartment size" washer & dryer.

I'm trying to decide if it's worth the inconvenience of moving multiple times - OTOH, my three properties will wind up costing about $90,000 in capital gains when it comes time to sell, and I'm loathe to part with that much cash ...Any insights/advice appreciated!
