Fast decision-making played a crucial role in this successful deal.

While there were no major challenges due to the property’s condition, we learned how valuable a well-established network and quick decision-making can be in completing fast, profitable deals.

Buy the buyer qualified for the loan with the poor cash flow implying they can handle the poor cash flow. 

However, I am experiencing decision paralysis.

Don’t overlook title companies either—they’re a great resource for connecting with other investors and finding potential deals.And here’s the big decision: do you want to be an acquisition wholesaler (finding properties) or a disposition wholesaler (finding buyers)?

If the decision to purchase materials is trust related than that is a red flag and should likely eliminate the GC from consideration.

Definitely would need something on paper backed by lawyers, it is a business at the end of the day. im trying to collect as much information as i can before making any decisions, thank you
