I have my credit where it needs to be have a down payment saved of around 17k and looking into Host financial to go through for my first deal I am wondering has anyone personally used it and how do you like the company and the process thank you and looking forward to the journey 

If you did not like that experience, maybe you should try a smaller company to get a more personalized service experience.  

I'm guessing you got the same letter I received from REVA, although mine was in reference to a different DST - Reva One. 

I personally would rather just continue with the second bank, why go back to the first one.

If they've genuinely abandoned, you'll notice their clothing, personal hygiene, and things of value are all gone.

It might because they don't want any random person just setup a property management software to make it look legit and using it to scam people (tenants)

The 5-10 it gets heavier and a lot busier, and 10-15-20 it really is untenable to self-manage especially if this is not you main business like a person buying their own rentals and building it like a small business. 

I say "may" because while I have read about this in several places, I have not personally verified this to be true.I usually pay contractors by check the minute the work is finished and approved.  

I personally feel landlording in Indianapolis is pretty easy as far as restrictions go.  

Try reaching out to this person and tell them you’ll gladly go through this process when your renewal date comes up, but you should be allowed to continue operating. riley boesiger at sanantonio.gov
