@Gina Watkins I recently closed on a turnkey property with Martel Turnkey and the communication from Antoine's team has been top notch.

Is communication critical?

@Joey Gedgaud we take over a lot of properties where owner complains previous PMC:1) Poor communication, taking many days, sometimes weeks, to get a response.2) Maintenance work being done without notice or approval request.3) Surprises for extra fees, services not covered , etc. because the management contract was "simple & short" instead of thorough.

My mom is in direct communication with the Managing Partner who promises every week that he’s going to send her money, but hasn’t paid a dime. 

If nothing else I take responsibility for that and will work to improve our communication systems between our franchisees, client success and sales team that's valid.

They have not responded to my communications since they left.

Just sent her back her money with an email saying her lease is cancelled due to an obvious impending lease violation she revealed in her communication.
