I don't see anyone being on this site fitting that description.

Colorado law considers "anything that could impact a buyer's value or desirability of a property to potential purchasers" as material, which is a pretty broad description. 

Today its guys or gals just throwing up a non descript ad on Craigslist with no pictures, very little information and no real way of contact them except through the CL email system. 

You can easily do this on airbnb by selecting duplicate this listing, the reasons are for A-B testing, you can try out different images, pricing, listing description ect ect and see which one does better.
