Hello,First time poster here - a good friend and coworker of mine introduced me to Bigger Pockets about six months ago.

We are reaching out to introduce ourselves and see if there are any local clubs or groups that you’d recommend we join.

I heard on the most recent podcast episode that I should introduce myself to the BP community.

I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself!

Also, I'm here to introduce myself to others in the industry.

If you are going to live in the property, I would just suggest that you follow the terms of your leases exactly and rather than tell tenants you are the owner, just introduce yourself as the property manager.
