Can anyone provide some guidance on questions that I need to ask when interviewing a RE agent on the phone and out-state?

I wish that prior to starting out, I had made it a practice to build my list of contacts and to stay in touch with them.I wish I had interviewed with more brokerages.

Credit, background check, interview and do as much screening as possible within the law / reason.

What do you ask in the interview process and what are your best tips?

I had told him that I have done plenty of extensive research, ( I have even interviewed 3 real estate investors)  and I am finally ready to move on to down deposit mode.
