If you are not a "board game player", you can just come for the food and networking.

I was able to fully immerse myself in the businesses during my break from the corporate world.

I have been immersed by real estate working for investors on the construction side doing handyman work, as well as learning along the way finance, networking, project management, etc.

There are certainly other benefits that could come from fully immersing yourself in the real estate industry as a realtor, but being more marketable in the eyes of a lender certainly is not one of them.

I have been immersing myself as much as possible in real estate learning material.

The Self Storage Podcast is also a great way to immerse yourself in the business.   

I was speaking with an investment sales broker today who said his gameplay is to tell sellers to stay the course and let buyers roll in offers...no need to cut your own legs out yet. 

I've been immersing myself in everything REI these past few weeks and I feel like I 'may' have a potential property, however I need LOTS of advice and I have a TON of questions lol. 

Ofcourse I can leverage others money to invest but it makes it a whole lot easier being young to show to a bank a track record of strong flips with a private lender and a strong W2 job to keep my "stable".I have a unique situation where I have been immersed with real estate investing since i was about 15 (im 20 now).
