Timing the market is not typically sound investment advice because nobody has a crystal ball.  

I have not looked this up but you should, it's possible that Destin Point is subject to not only its own HOA, but the Holiday Isle HOA as well.To echo @Luke Carl, our Crystal Beach place crushes it.

Everything seems ridiculously overpriced right now that we're getting bids 100-150K over the budget set based on prices when we bought our land in mid-2019. you need your crystal ball..

This requires a crystal ball that no one has - first, to believe that your assumptions will come true, and there are plenty of people that would call hogwash on that - and second, to interpret the response of the irrational animal called man.

Can't speak for other market, but I just have to wonder what's going to happen next year when government aids to homeowner and business owners run out, when forbearance is no longer acceptable by lender, etc...I know I know if everyone has a crystal ball we all would be millionaires.
