Knowing what they pay to others was huge for us in feeling confident throwing out a higher number than we would on Furnished Finder or Airbnb.

Real estate was scary at the time, the news were bad, prices were dropping and nobody knew if that would ever get better.I had a well paying corporate job at the time (which also meant international travel 2 weeks every m month), so I did not have much time and it also it took me a year to find the confidence and the money for another one.

Once you have this team in place, you should have the foundation to invest in any market confidently while not being there physically.There are some great opportunities in the Ohio markets.

Having said that I have been investing and rehabbing properties for over 25 years so I feel pretty confident on what needs to be done and I know how it should be done.

Make sure you build a solid core-4 team so you can be confident throughout the whole process.

As The title says how would i go about wholeselling at 15 im doing it but how do i sound more professional and confident talking to a seller/buyer because they see my youth as i dont know anything i know a pretty good much about how to wholesell how to find everything but since im so young i dont know how would talk to them without throwing the deal(ignore my name getting fixed)
