The hilly terrain is a main reason for this and you can't really see that on a map so knowing the areas is key.We have old housing stock as well so big things like plumbing and electrical can vary cost wise if they have or haven't been updated.

The better your solution, the more likely you are to get the deal.

Like when the client alerts me to a new tax doc right before I was about to click "e-file now", and I can add the info with minimal delay vs waiting for them to put the doc in the mail or drop it off at my office.

Anyone can do it just like anyone can flip a house or run a short-term rental.

Also, they won't be representing the buyer, so no drafting contracts or the like, just vetting and showing.
