I think over the next few years there will be some great technology coming out and perhaps that will move me into the 21st century but I'm currently old school and carry one master key for all my rentals.It works well for me though I can understand why short term rentals would 100% prefer the use of smart locks.

Hi,I was wondering if some of the brokers and property managers of BP could enlighten me regarding the differences between the West Palm Beach Century Village area (not CV itself but the surrounding area)  and Greenacres /intersection of 809/882 area.Are there big differences between the 2 areas or once you get further away from the coast it's all the same?

"POW", you held ground on how things are, educated tenant a bit and did some conditioning, AND gained respect by tenant knowing you DIDN't have to but did, because your awesome, greatest Landlord alive, and they will want to stay and rent for centuries to come, pass lease down too kids and grandkids for generations to come, lol.
