Eviction notices are a bit useless right now with federal and state bans on evictions, with a very few exceptions.

The ban on evictions is for non-payment only. 

I wouldn't jump on a ban wagon now..

There was some discussion over this last year, as some cities seek to ban criminal background checks on tenants. 

A lic guy gives out his sign-on, that's an instant ban from MLS if they find out.However, our MLS does have an outsider's access without some of the property notes, so might be worth asking the UT MLS?

Hi Kyle, I just received an email from NAR(National Association of Realtors) stating that Congress just passed another COVID Relief Package and included the below info:-Provides $25 billion to the states through Sept. 30, 2022, for rental assistance and allows landlords to apply for funds on behalf of tenantsIncludes payments for rent in arrears as well as utilities and other expenses related to housingExtends federal eviction ban through the end of JanuaryIt is somewhat vague info, but something to look into in terms of applying on behalf of your tenants. 

And then the cities that aren't banning it, some have ended up putting restrictions on how much you can do it, etc.
