Spam Ban Has Anyone else had this happen?

I was connecting with some local buyers and I went too fast saying the same thing and got spammed banned after just a few. Does anyone have any info. on how to get unbanned? How long does it last? And what do I need to do next time because I don't want to break BP rules? Thanks so much for the help!
