Will everyone please stop spamming the forums with these rando "fred at best hard money lcc inc" spam promising BS that's too good to be true?

If you do not personally know someone that closed with Fred at Best Hard Money LLC INC, and they are promising terms that are out of this world, then obvious scam is obvious, and we're done. Markets find equilibrium, no one is ACTUALLY delivering on stated income, dscr, bla bla bla, at 5% with 0 points, period, end of story. Recessions are when unemployed scammers come out of the woodwork. We saw this about a decade ago, and then a recession/decade before that, and so on. None of this is new.

I would like everyone to note how I have not used my modpowers to ban anyone or delete any of this ridiculous spam... you are welcome.
