We secured a perfectly flat lot with a few hardwoods and mostly brush and sold it with a new build done to some buyer specifics.

I don't think it's fair to tar them all with the same brush.

If you are looking to do brush control or anything that requires clearing the lot anyway there may be some local programs that would give you some money.

Most everyone has brushed us off because of our age or would only feed the table scraps stuff that wasn’t worth it (though I did run everything I was sent just for the practice and understanding our market)
